Melford Industrial Park

The Melford Industrial Land Reserve is a 14,500 acre industrial-zoned park located on the Strait of Canso, a sheltered, deepwater, ice-free port with water depths in excess of 90 feet within 100 feet from the shore.

Goldboro Industrial Park

The municipally-owned Goldboro Industrial Park is at the landfall for the Sable natural gas sub-sea pipeline and home to the natural gas processing plant. It averages 420mmcf/day with more capacity for processing and expansion to accommodate the many reserves surrounding Nova Scotia.

The Park currently offers more than 850 acres and additional lands will be acquired as necessary to meet investor demand.
